Farmers Branch

Farmers Branch sits between the Dallas North Tollway and I-35, and its office and flex-space inventory keeps us in tenant improvement work — new suite layouts, dedicated circuits for equipment, and lighting that has to be re-laid out when walls move.

The residential side is mostly mid-century ranch homes near Brookhaven, where two-prong receptacles, ungrounded circuits, and 100-amp services are the norm rather than the exception. A service upgrade with proper grounding and bonding is usually the right first move.
