Highland Park

Highland Park homes are old, beautifully finished, and unforgiving of sloppy work. Fishing a circuit through plaster and lath without wrecking a ceiling takes patience and the right approach, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to on every job inside the Park Cities.

Most of what we do here is rewiring sections of a house during a remodel, upgrading a service that was sized for 1950s loads, and hanging heavy decorative fixtures — chandeliers on rated supports and proper boxes, not the builder-grade hardware they often arrive with.

We route new circuits through closets, attics, and existing chases wherever possible so the finish work stays where it belongs, and we leave the site clean at the end of every day.
