Mesquite

Mesquite is fifteen minutes from our shop, and we cover both sides of it: the residential neighborhoods off Town East and the warehouse and light-industrial space along I-30 and I-635.

Warehouse work here is mostly high-bay lighting retrofits and equipment power — 208V three-phase circuits, disconnects, and the panel capacity to support them. We do this work at night or on weekends when a shutdown would cost you a shift.

On the residential side, Mesquite homes from the 1970s and 1980s are hitting the age where the original panel, the original receptacles, and the original smoke alarms all need attention at once. We prioritize them in that order and price them separately so you can stage the work.
